Double Recipe

1 ½         C             Shortening  Butter or Margarine

2              C             Sugar  (3/4 C brown, 1 ¼ White)

½             C             Molasses

½             tsp          Vanilla

2                              Eggs

4              tsp          Baking Soda

1              tsp          Clove

1              tsp          Ginger

2              tsp          Cinnamon

1              tsp          Salt

4              C             Flour

                       Mix top 5 ingredients. Blend.

                       Mix the rest of the ingredients.

                       Blend well.

                       Bake @ 350°   8-10 min.
