Dad was a writer at heart, and wrote many poems. However his profession was a Geophysicist, and from his explorations he also wrote a Novel called “The Crystal”.
Mom was a natural artist and sold some of her paintings. However her profession was a mother and a registered nurse.
Both of my parents did a great deal in their family history and yet there is still much to do. I love family history, it’s fascinating, curious, fun and educational. I don’t go looking for any “Kings” or incredible to talk about, that’s not my intention. To me family is very special, I love my siblings, my parents. I feel very blessed to have been raised with some pretty cool people. And now I love my wonderful husband and our beautiful daughter I will always consider us a family. And now our daughter has her family growing, the family tree continues to grow. I believe there’s a unique connection with family members. I don’t ever want to loose that connection, and because of ordinances that can be done in Temples of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I know it’s possible to stay together forever as a family.

It’s important to be aware of freedom of choice here. Everyone, dead or alive, has the right to decline any temple work that may be done for them. AND temple work should NOT be done behind someones back – so da speak. Not long ago LDS members were getting a bit overly anxious about this and finding every name they could think of, to bring to the temple for this. Rules have been strictly applied to clarify What we are to do and not to do. I feel strongly to abide by these rules, and to offer The Gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints without being intrusive and pushy.
